We are very much into the buildings and designs of the Valencian architect Santiago Calatrava. Almost always white, the curved, clean lines - you immediately recognise his style.
In Valencia he (and Félix Candela) designed the entire 'City of Art and Sciences': the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. In short: a park full of Calatrava buildings. A museum, an Aquarium ('Oceanografia'), the Palau de les Artes Reina Sofia... 2 sq.km. of stunning design in the Turia Park.
Worth the journey!
