Back again! Our love for London

It’s blazing hot in London. 

Over 30C for weeks on end - that’s not happening often. Summers tend to be rainy here. People are remembering other memorable summers - the summer of ’53, or ’47. 

Last time we were here England had come to a grinding halt. Remember early this year, when we had this sudden, fierce cold in Holland? -15C in The Hague? The Brits dubbed it the ‘Beast of the East’ and Londons empty streets were covered in snow. 

The time before we arrived a day before the Brexit elections. The day after - very aptly named - Londons city centre was eerily silent, people weren’t talking to each other, not having eye contact, in shock. 

Each and every time we came here to do what we love most: dancing. 

So yes, London has a special place in our heart.
